Vietnam Factory Information:

- Transportation routes for products or materials include sea transport from Ningbo Port to Haiphong Port, followed by a 2-hour car ride to the factory, and a 10-day land transport from Guangxi Province.

How to Achieve Made in Vietnam:
- After receiving your order, the early communication stage determines product appearance, structure, electronic design, etc.
- Sample-making stage includes CNC machining and mold opening.
- Small batch trial, with core components shipped from China to Vietnam.
- Product assembly and shipping.

- Factory floor space of approximately 2,000 square meters, with over 80 employees, and a monthly capacity of 10,000 units expected in 2024.

- Production process: China can achieve almost all processes, while Vietnam cannot achieve some processes such as metal processing and skin pasting.

- Transportation cost: Sea and air transportation costs are almost the same, but DHL express cost has increased by 150%.
